• Add $4 per meter for 12V LED COB strip (if required)

• Coverage: Corrosion, warping, or structural defects (excluding impact or incorrect installation)
The warranty applies when used indoors and installed according to our instructions.
Not Covered:
• Improper or unauthorised installation
• Water or moisture damage
• Power surges (please use a surge protector)
• Overloaded LED strips or general wear and tear
To claim:
Submit a clear issue description with photos or videos
Provide your purchase receipt or invoice
We’ll assess your claim within 3–5 business days
If approved, we’ll offer repair, replacement, or parts at our discretion
Even after the warranty ends, we continue to support you with:
• Troubleshooting & repair advice
• Technical support for installation or performance issues
• Access to replacement parts (charges may apply)
• On-site servicing only available if installed by our approved team
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer only
