• Acrylic diffuser for soft, even glow

Lighting Type:
• Compatible with COB or LED strip lights (sold separately or as an add-on)

Mounting Style:
• Recessed / hidden frame

Best For:
• Residential ceilings, commercial interiors, showrooms, and minimalist designs

📏 Sizing & Pricing

• Price listed is for 1 meter of profile
• Add $4 per meter for 12V LED COB light strip

We offer a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered Components (if purchased as a set):
• LED strip: Flickering, uneven brightness, or failure (excluding misuse)
• LED driver: Power failure, overheating, or faulty output (excluding poor ventilation or tampering)
• Aluminium profile: Warping, corrosion, or structural failure (excluding impact or poor installation)

📋 Warranty Terms

Warranty applies under normal indoor conditions with proper installation.

Not Covered:
• DIY or third-party installation issues
• Water/moisture exposure unless otherwise specified
• Damage from power surges (use a surge protector)
• Wear and tear or overloading the LED strip

🛠️ Warranty Claims

To submit a claim:

1. Send us a description of the issue with photos/videos

2. Include your invoice or purchase receipt

3. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days

Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or parts (based on case).
